Welcome to Gentle Footprints, a safe space for women navigating the delicate path of moving forward after miscarriage and baby loss.
We know all too well that sometimes life throws us curveballs that leave us feeling lost, shattered not knowing where to turn. And it's okay to feel that way. In fact, it's more than okay—it's human.

I believe in the power of vulnerability and the strength that comes from sharing our stories. Because when we open up, we not only find solace in knowing we're not alone, but we also create a space for growth to begin.
Our approach is all about meeting you where you are. Whether you're just starting to explore your emotions or you're ready to dive deep into mindset shifts and practical strategies, we're here to support you every step of the way.

At Gentle Footprints, we offer a variety of ways to support you as you step into life after miscarriage and baby loss.
As a Loss Mum, Qualified NLP Practitioner and Time Line Therapy Practitioner I can help you through bespoke 1:1 sessions, full day intensives, Walk and Talks and more. We also provide resources to you to use at home to support you if you're not quite ready to go all in yet. Our client-centered approach is what works.
